Log | Blackmores Evening Primrose Oil

 



I've finished a set of 3 bottles of Blackmores Evening Primrose Oil sometime last month so I had to repurchase another batch which I did but I saw that jumbo size bottle which is sufficient as 6-month supply yesterday at Guardian in Imago KK Times Square with irresistible price point! Good thing that it's expiring end of next year so all is good!





So the above is my daily health supplement consumption that includes Vitamin C, Calcium, Lecithin, Milk Thistle plus my favourite Evening Primrose Oil. I do take these separately sometimes but I mostly just take everything together after my breakfast.


So that's a quick update on my health supplement and I'd be sure to keep you guys updated in a couple more months. Have a lovely weekend ahead!

Log | Health Supplement Update

 




I basically finished my first Blackmores Buffered C bottle and so far, I'm doing fine with no symptoms of fever or anything. I haven't down with anything for the past year and I am actually surprised because I usually down with 2 or 3 fevers a year. I'm currently on my second bottle and I think I'm going to repurchase this or the Bio C one that I went with throughout last year. We'll see about the promotions on-going at the store in Suria Sabah in the coming months.


At this point, I'm already halfway through my third bottle of Blackmores Evening Primrose Oil and I love how my periods are getting more regular compared to before. I absolutely recommend this to my friends and family as it's so good in regulating hormones. Here's an interesting article on EPO.


When it comes to the Calcium however, I don't really know what to expect nor feel the difference but I feel like I can digest dairy products like cheese better ever since I'm taking the latest addition to my daily consumption which is that Digestive Enzyme Plus. I got that as a gift with purchase but I'd be sure to purchase when I'm done with it.

Log | Health Supplements

 


I've started taking health supplements diligently ever since March last year; the beginning of lockdown here in Malaysia, so part of my new year resolution is to increase my intake and add couple more types into my daily consumption.


For 9 months, I've only been alternating between this slow-release Vitamin C tablets and effervescent ones but I think I'm going to stick with tablets from now on. I prefer Buffered C from the brand as the health advisor told me it has slow-release feature that supposedly last throughout my working hours at the office. As I can't digest dairy products well, I added Calcium along with Evening Primrose Oil for general women's health.
