Funko Pop! Haul | My Hero Academia | Completing Second and Fourth Waves

My first successful 6-Pop!s per order! It's important for me to make sure I only order the ready stocks items or Popcultcha would separate the order and ship in multiple shipments if I were to include pre-order items.

Finally the second part of the fourth i.e. final season of Attack on Titan is here and I probably not going to watch it right away especially when I'm merely halfway through the first part and I totally lost count to how many times my heart breaks for Reiner.

Do you guys watch anime and no, it's NOT just cartoon! I personally love watch shounen i.e young boys genre with a touch of romance because life is not just about fighting and war, okay! Do let me know your favourites by leaving comments down below and I'll see you guys on my next post! Jya ne~

Stacked Saturday | More GUNDAM Model Kits

Nine months after quitting my job at our partner company, I've found myself another hobby to venture into which is building Gundam plastic models or gunpla in short. I'm not going to lie, this one is very much interesting because of its over 40 years of history and I've always wanted to bond with my best friend over Gundam as she grew up with her generation's Gundam i.e Gundam SEED but I feel like it's only right to begin my journey with Gundam right from the beginning i.e. Gundam The Origin.

While Gundam The Origin consists of 6 OVAs released back in 2015, there are several model kits that I really want to get myself into and I'll  be sure to post more photos once I get some stocks on hand. I've already started building several SD Gundam i.e the above Super Deformed Gundam kits which in my opinion is the miniature version of the core models that are mainly marketed towards those who are interested in customising their model kits but most importantly, suits beginners like myself. Feel free to correct this information as I'm always open to tips or suggestions from you guys.

I've spent minimum 3 hours per SD Gundam kit where I'd be cutting the runners using nipper and a little bit of sanding and polishing using 3 to 5 different sanding sponges to remove the nub marks. Assembling usually takes like 10 minutes in total but I usually just follow the instruction manual hence I'd be cutting, sanding and polishing each part of the kit before moving onto the next one.

I totally can say that I'm having fun while shutting off my brains for several hours and just focus on building the kits while listening to lo-fi version of anime soundtracks. I'm going to improve my skills before moving onto the next part of customising my own kits which is panel lining. I've ordered several more tools from Shopee like cutting board so it's easy to lay out the parts and a hobby knife so I can simply cut off the nubs easily without the need to use the sanding sponges every time over-sanded the nub marks using coarse ones.

Anyway, that's pretty much the latest updates for the past couple months and I do hope I can write much more frequently right here in this blog as I've only been regularly posting on Facebook and Instagram. I guess that's all from me and I'll be seeing you guys on the next one. Until then, do take care and stay safe!
